So, let's talk smoothies. I like making 'em and I like drinking 'em. I tried a new one last night:
crushed ice cubes
2 teaspoons of Matcha green tea powder
blend and serve
I wasn't sure how the mango and banana would go together but I was pleasantly surprised by the creamy smoothness. The matcha gives it a nice minty green colour (almost like a Shamrock Shake!)
Anyone have any good healthy smoothy recipies I can try next?
