Thor: Ragnarok was one of the highlights of Phase Three of the Infinity Saga in the MCU, as the Taika Watiti film breathed new life into the God of Thunder's underwhelming series of movies. The film loosely adapted the events of Greg Pak's Planet Hulk, only through the perspective of Thor, who ended up on Sakaar after crash-landing on the planet following an encounter with his sister, Hela. Thor: Ragnarok featured an epic reunion between Hulk and Thor, as the two battle it out in Sakaar's gladiator arena for the entertainment of Grandmaster. Now, their iconic MCU fight is getting a new Marvel Comics cover.
The Thor #32 cover is one of several covers Marvel is releasing as part of their Infinity Saga Phase Three variants. Previously, Marvel has shared covers featuring Thanos and the Avengers from Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame while also revealing an Ant-Man, Wasp, and Ghost-starring cover for Ant-Man and The Wasp. Like those covers, the Thor and Hulk cover beautifully captures what made Phase Three of the Infinity Saga so special.
For fans of Thor: Ragnarok, Hulk and Thor, and comics in general, the new Infinity Saga Phase Three cover makes the variant of Thor #32 a must-pick-up issue. Readers can grab the Mahmud Asrar variant cover for Thor #32 by Torunn Gronbbek and Nic Klein from Marvel Comics when it arrives in comic book stores and online retailers in March.
